KINGMAN - Kingman Police arrested Amy Marie Mocco, 26, of Kingman on Saturday on three felony probation violation warrants issued by Mohave County Superior Court and felony charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

About 1:06 a.m., officers responded to a residence in the 3600 block of Prescott Street, a news release from the KPD stated.

They located Mocco and allegedly found drug paraphernalia in her possession. Mocco was booked into Mohave County Jail.


KINGMAN - Kingman Police arrested April Brackney, 24, and Brandon Nichols, 26, both of Kingman on felony charges on Sunday.

About 9:16 p.m., officers were conducting a shoplifting investigation at a business in the 3300 block of Stockton Hill Road, a news release from the KPD stated.

Store security had detained Brackney and Nichols. Officers arrested Brackney on a charge of shoplifting. They arrested Nichols on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and one count of misdemeanor assault on store employees when he and Brackney were stopped.

Both suspects were booked into Mohave County Jail.


KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Nichola Dee Bellino, 23, of Kingman on Sunday on one count each of aggravated assault/domestic violence and aggravated assault, plus two counts of criminal damage, all felonies.

About 11 p.m. Saturday, deputies responded to a business parking lot in the 2900 block of Northern Avenue regarding an assault, criminal damage and hit-and-run report, a news release from the MCSO stated.

The 24-year-old female victim reported that she and her fiancee, Bellino, were arguing when he grabbed her car keys, got into her Toyota, started it and began backing up.

She said she tried to open the door and grab the keys but was slammed against a parked Lincoln Mercury. Deputies observed the victim was limping. She refused medical treatment.

Prior to driving away, Bellino allegedly struck an employee of the business and a parked Toyota. Deputies observed a dent on the front panel of the Lincoln and to the rear panel of the Toyota.

About 12:38 a.m. on Sunday, Bellino called dispatchers and said he wanted to turn himself in.

Deputies responded to his location in the 2500 block of Emerson Avenue and took him into custody.

Bellino was booked into Mohave County Jail.
