WIKIEUP - A routine stop led to the seizure of 190 pounds of marijuana by the Arizona Department of Public Safety in Wikieup.

Around 7:40 p.m. on Tuesday, an officer pulled over Christopher Walker, 23, for a windshield vision obstruction violation at mile marker 123 on Highway 93 in Wikieup. During the stop, 190 pounds of marijuana was allegedly found in his vehicle.

Walker, of Sewickley, Pa., was arrested for transportation of marijuana for sale. He was booked into the Mohave County Jail.

KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Michelle Marie Hendershot, 33, of Golden Valley Monday morning on a probation violation felony warrant issued by Mohave County Superior Court.

At approximately 5:45 a.m., deputies responded to a disturbance in the 3600 block of Highway 68. Deputies contacted Hendershot, and a records check showed her to have an outstanding warrant.

Hendershot was taken into custody without incident. She was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.

KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Robert Vincent Dudek, 36, of Kingman and Jimmy Lee Cheney, 29, a transient, Sunday evening.

Dudek was arrested for burglary, possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia, felonies. Cheney was arrested on a felony parole violation warrant and two misdemeanor warrants for failure to pay fines and false information, all issued by Kingman Justice Court.

At approximately 6:02 p.m., deputies responded to a burglary in the 3000 block of Devlin Avenue and contacted the reporting party. The reporting party said that he observed a male subject wearing a green tank top and gray shorts walk away from a house carrying items.

The reporting party further said that the male subject went into a nearby residence. Deputies observed a broken window in the burglarized house.

Deputies further observed the back door open and items in disarray throughout the house. Deputies proceeded to the nearby residence, and a male subject wearing a green tank top and gray shorts opened the door.

The male subject was identified as Dudek. During conversations with Dudek, he admitted to going into the home and taking a phone and a DVD player.

Dudek was taken into custody without incident. A search of Dudek revealed a pipe with burnt residue. The stolen items were recovered and deputies allegedly found inside Dudek's residence a plastic container containing a white crystal substance, which field tested positive for methamphetamine. Deputies also contacted a second male subject identified as Cheney. A records check showed Cheney to have numerous outstanding warrants. Cheney was taken into custody without incident.

Dudek and Cheney were transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
