KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Gene Arthur Almeyda, 44, of Victorville, Calif., on Saturday night on felony charges of aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest, and a felony warrant for arrest prior to requisition issued by the California Department of Corrections.

About 8:22 p.m., deputies contacted Almeyda during a traffic stop in the 7800 block of Mallard Drive, a news release from the MCSO stated. A records check turned up the warrant and deputies instructed Almeyda to exit the vehicle. He did so and fled on foot. After a short chase and brief struggle, Almeyda was taken into custody and booked into Mohave County Jail.

KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Gina Maria Denubilo, 26, of Kingman early Sunday on a felony charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor failure to pay fines warrant out of Kingman Justice Court.

About 2:35 a.m., deputies contacted Denubilo at the corner of Roosevelt Street and Lass Avenue after observing her fidgeting with a backpack on the ground, a news release from the MCSO stated. She was taken into custody after a records check turned up the warrant. Deputies observed a glass pipe half buried in dirt near the backpack. Denubilo was booked into Mohave County Jail.

KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Stephanie Marie Meisch, 21, a transient, early Monday on a felony charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, and misdemeanor warrants for failure to appear issued by Kingman Municipal Court and Kingman Justice Court.

About 5:30 a.m., deputies responded to a call of trespassers in the 4300 block of Baker Road, a news release from the MCSO stated. They contacted two female subjects, one identified as Meisch, as they walked along the road. A records check turned up the warrants on Meisch, who was taken into custody. A search of her purse allegedly turned up numerous syringes, two burnt glass pipes and two small plastic bags containing a white crystal residue.

Meisch was booked into Mohave County Jail.

KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Heidi Rene Daly, 40, of Kingman on Friday on a felony probation violation warrant issued by Mohave County Superior Court.

Deputies contacted Daly in the 1000 block of Christianson Avenue regarding the warrant that stemmed from an original charge of theft, a news release from the MCSO stated. Daly was taken into custody and booked into Mohave County Jail.
