Karleen L. Whetstone, 59, of Kingman died Saturday, May 19, 2007, at 8:05 p.m. in Kingman Regional Medical Center.
Karleen, beloved mother and adored friend, lived in Kingman for the past 22 years. She retired from Arizona Long-Term Care Services after 19 years.
She was born Jan. 17, 1948, in Auburn, Ind., to Samuel D. Whetstone and Laura B. McInturf. Her father, Samuel D. Whetstone, and brother, Samuel Riley, both preceded her in death.
Surviving are her mother, Laura Riley of Phoenix; two sisters, Gloria J. Riley of Kansas, and Sandra K. Childers of Oklahoma; son, Karl R. Miller of Las Vegas; two daughters, Bonnie M. Miller of Indiana, and Laura A. Miller of Kingman; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, May 24, at Sutton Memorial Funeral Home.
