Terrell Jay Wallace, born May 24, 1940, passed away Oct. 4, 2007, at home with his family by his side.
Terrell is the loving husband to Donna, having just celebrated 47 years, best daddy to Suzanne and Theresa, and grandpa to Michael, Joshua, Jayson and Dylan. Terrell is the son of Orval and Agnes Wallace and brother to Perry, Bud, Renny, Steve, Rena and Georgia.
Terrell was born in southern California. He moved to Parker Dam, Calif., in 1965, where he worked for Metropolitan Water District as a maintenance mechanic for 33 years. In 1999, he and his wife, Donna, retired to Kingman.
Terrell's retirement years were spent tinkering in his garage and restoring his beloved '53 Ford F100, with which he participated in shows and received awards from the Parker Strip, Lake Havasu City, Kingman and Laughlin, as well as his '51 Vicky.
He belonged to the local Drifter's Car Club, where he enjoyed the friendships gained from their common love and respect of cars. He passed his passion of classic cars on to his daughters and his grandsons.
Terrell has many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends who all love him deeply.
A memorial for family and friends will be held at the home of Terrell and Donna on Nov. 3.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to St. Jude Children's Hospital just as Terrell and Donna do at www.stjude.org.
