A Mexican citizen was arrested on Oct. 1 for allegedly attempting to use the Social Security number of a deceased Tucson woman to gain medical treatment at Kingman Regional Medical Center.
According to a report from the Kingman Police Department, officers arrested Mexican national Mariana Morales, 30, after the department received a report of a patient allegedly attempting to use a false Social Security number.
Morales, who is in the United Stated illegally, was booked into the Mohave County Jail on a felony charge of taking the identity of another. She also is on an immigration hold.
