ADOT should get its priorities straight

A note, if you please, to other taxpayers like myself.

Once again we have a sad illustration of ADOT's bureaucratic buffoonery and "your tax dollars at work."

In west Kingman on Beale Street between Interstate 40 and the foot of Coyote pass, ADOT crews are diligently "beautifying" the roadside. This while the road surface of the westbound stretch of I-40 between Stockton Hill Road and the Beale Street exit is literally flaking away and leaving hundred-yard-long stretches of tooth-rattling, tire-shredding embarrassment guaranteed to drive away precious tourist dollars.

Where's the logic? Where are your tax dollars being spent? Do you suppose ADOT is likely to reimburse you for your shredded tires?
