Fire destroys double-wide

KINGMAN - The Hualapai Valley Fire Department is investigating a suspicious blaze on Robin Lane. Crews responded to a structure fire at around 9:48 p.m. Sunday in the 3500 block of Robin Lane.

According to the department, an unoccupied, doublewide mobile home with an addition was fully involved when the first engine arrived. Three engines, a paramedic unit, one ladder truck and one battalion chief with eight personnel arrived to fight the fire.

The structure was totally destroyed. No injuries were reported. The damage is estimated at $20,000.

The cause of the fire is suspected to be arson. Two juveniles were seen fleeing the scene and are wanted for questioning.
