KINGMAN - At about 3:20 p.m. on Friday, the Kingman Police Department arrested Teresa Lee Solaiza, 39, of Kingman on felony charges of fraud and forgery. It was determined that Solaiza had stolen the check from an elderly couple she had been living with, the release added. A 19- and 16-year-old brother and sister were contacted in the parking lot. The investigation revealed that all three had taken part in forging and cashing checks on the elderly couple's account at different locations over the past several weeks in an amount exceeding $10,000, the release stated. Solaiza, not related to the siblings, was booked into jail, charged with nine felony counts of forgery, fraudulent scheme and artifices, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
