KINGMAN - Kingman Police officers arrested Sean Damien Beardsley, 19, of Camp Pendleton, Calif., Wednesday morning on suspicion of felony resisting arrest and misdemeanor false reporting to police, underage consumption of alcohol and absent without leave from the U.S. Marine Corps. At 12:20 a.m., officers were responding to an unrelated disturbance in the 2000 block of Chicago Avenue when they found Beardsley hiding under a vehicle in the 2000 block of Detroit Avenue. According to KPD, Beardsley appeared to be intoxicated and gave a false name but did say that he was 19. He started to resist when officers attempted to take him into custody. Once he was in custody, officers determined his real name and found that he was listed as AWOL from the military. He was booked into the county jail with a military hold.

GOLDEN VALLEY - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Stella Ikari, 61, of Golden Valley, Tuesday afternoon on suspicion of three felony counts of forgery. On Monday, deputies received a report of fraud concerning a checking account. The man who owned the account had recently died, and a representative from his estate noticed that someone had written two checks to Ikari and used the man's ATM card to obtain cash. Bank records confirmed the transactions.Deputies contacted Ikari Tuesday about the transactions. She said she didn't remember. Deputies took her into custody and booked her into the county jail.

GOLDEN VALLEY - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Monte Harris, 47, of Golden Valley, Tuesday afternoon on suspicion of felony burglary. At 8:49 a.m., deputies responded to a report of criminal damage at a business located in the 3700 block of U.S. Highway 93. The manager reported that someone threw a large rock through the front door and shattered the glass while the business was closed. After viewing surveillance tapes, deputies identified the suspect as Harris, a former employee. At 2:20 p.m., deputies contacted Harris in the 800 block of Hoover Road. He was taken into custody and booked into the county jail.

KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Amanda Sue Rick, 25, of Kingman Tuesday evening on suspicion of felony resisting arrest and a warrant. At 7:20 p.m., deputies responded to an agency assist at a residence in the 3600 block of Diagonal Way. A Kingman Police officer was requesting assistance in contacting a male subject at the residence. Upon arrival, officers were greeted by Rick in the front yard. She confirmed that the male subject was inside the home sleeping and she refused to wake him. She then turned away from the officers and ran toward the front door. Officers were able to prevent the door from being slammed in their faces. Rick continued to struggle as officers took her into custody. A records check showed her to have a misdemeanor warrant from the Kingman Justice Court. She was booked into the county jail. The male subject was arrested on three misdemeanor warrants and was also booked into the county jail.
