KRMC notes expansion of emergency room

KINGMAN - Kingman Regional Medical Center officially added eight new treatment rooms to its emergency room department on Nov. 21 and marked the occasion with an open house and ribbon cutting.

The rooms will be used to care for patients who come to the department with non-emergent medical conditions.

The project was built by T. R. Orr Inc. of Kingman and was designed by Morfeld Ray Architects of Tempe.

The Joint Commission accredited hospital has over 1,200 employees, 150 volunteers and 100 physicians and allied health professionals.
