GV robbery suspect faces more charges

KINGMAN - A Golden Valley man has another felony charge added to the list against him.

Cordon Lee Bauer III, 36, accepted a plea agreement in October and is due to plead guilty on Friday to one felony count of armed robbery and two counts of attempted second-degree murder.

Bauer's list of charges grew when he allegedly shoved a detention officer in the jail Sunday evening.

In December 2006, Cordon Bauer III allegedly attempted to rob the Uptown Drug store on Highway 68 Golden Valley of drugs and money, and fired at deputies as he left the building. In return fire from law enforcement, he suffered several gunshot wounds.

All charges against his wife, Angela G. Bauer, 40, were dropped in October after Cordon Bauer accepted the plea agreement.
