Toy drive, LAN games Saturday

KINGMAN - The Mohave Community College Computer Club will host a local-area network video game event and toy drive open to the public on Saturday on the Kingman and Bullhead City campuses.

The event runs from 5 to 10 p.m. at the computer centers in Building 500 on each campus. Participants will utilize the computer games Halo, Unreal Tournament and Battlefield 2, and will compete against players on the other campus. Players also can bring their own Xbox 360s to play Halo 3.

Participants are asked to bring a new, unwrapped toy to donate to Toys for Tots. If they want pizza and soft drinks at the event, they are asked to make a $6 donation. The pizza is free to those who bring a toy.
