KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Theodore William Hazzard, 45, of Kingman Wednesday morning on suspicion of assault/domestic violence.

Deputies responded to a delayed report of domestic violence in the area of North Arizona and Sierra Vista.

Hazzard was located in the McDonald's parking lot and taken into custody without incident and booked into the Mohave County jail.

KINGMAN - Kingman Police arrested Jose Gregory Mesa, 34, of Kingman Tuesday on suspicion of felony charges of forgery, identity theft and vehicle burglary.

Officers responded to a bank in the 300 block of Beale Street regarding a stolen check used to open an account. The investigation revealed that the check had been stolen during a vehicle burglary on Dec. 19. Mesa allegedly deposited the stolen check and was using a false identity to open the account. He was booked into the Mohave County Jail.
