Kenneth Eugene Howard, 70, of Kingman died Monday, Dec. 24, 2007, at his home in Kingman. He was born May 21, 1937, in Middletown, Ohio. He came to Kingman seven years ago from Ohio, Wyoming and Nevada.
He graduated from high school in Dayton, Ohio, and attended Dayton University for three years. He was a maintenance supervisor in Nutter Center, Ohio, and in Clark County, Nev. He was also a real estate broker. He was a member of the Kingman Elks and the American Legion. He was in the U.S. Air Force in electronics technology and traveled extensively.
Kenneth is survived by his wife, Marilyn Howard; son, Kenny Howard of Xenia, Ohio; two daughters, Bev Alexander of Miamisburg, Ohio, and Christina Cooper of Crofton, Md.; stepsons, Jim Nelson of Missouri, David O'Neal of Rock Springs, Wyo., and Robert O'Neal of Bend, Ore.; stepdaughters, Debbie O'Neal, Laury O'Neal and Lisa (John) Lewis, all of Rock Springs. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, Erica Alexander, Kenny Dale Howard, Kelly Howard, Micayla, Cody and Alicia Cooper, Mark O'Neal, Shannon O'Neal, Shaylynn Levada, Kiele Lewis, Brittanie Lewis, Zack Lewis, Bobby O'Neal, Stephanie O'Neal, Marcus and Gracie Nelson and Sydney Burton. Howard is also survived by his sister, Dixie (John) Lilly of Dayton, his sister-in-law, Norma Howard of New Lebanon, Ohio, and numerous nieces and nephews. His brother, Tom Howard, preceded him in death.
A Celebration of Life was held by his family and friends at 1 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 30.
