KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested James Dale Webb, 41, of Golden Valley on Wednesday morning for felony trafficking stolen property. On June 18, deputies responded to a business located in the 3900 block of Highway 66 in reference to a theft. Upon arrival, deputies contacted the reporting party who said Webb, a former employee, had previous stolen a socket set and today he discovered more items were missing. Upon investigations, deputies located the items at a pawn shop in Kingman where the employee advised that mechanical tools and several receiver hitches were brought in by Webb, a MCSO release stated. The recovered items were returned to the owner. Deputies attempted to make contact with Webb numerous times. At about 8:20 a.m., deputies contacted Webb at a residence in the 4700 block of Smoketree in Golden Valley. Webb was taken into custody without incident. He was transported and booked into the Mohave County jail.
KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Larry Dale Davis, 53, of Kingman Tuesday afternoon for felony failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements, and on an outstanding warrant. A Mohave County Sheriff's sex offender registration officer received information from a concerned citizen regarding Davis, a neighbor, who recently moved into the neighborhood. The citizen researched the Internet and learned that Davis had been convicted of molestation of a child. The citizen found Davis to have an outstanding warrant by viewing the county court Web site. The officer determined that Davis is a registered with MCSO as a sex offender, but at a different address. At approximately 3 p.m., the officer contacted Davis at a residence in the 1500 block of John L Avenue and learned that Davis had been living there for quite some time. A record check confirmed Davis to have a failure to appear misdemeanor warrant issued by Kingman Justice Court. Davis was taken into custody without incident. He was transported and booked into the Mohave County jail.
