KINGMAN - A semi-truck accident Saturday morning resulted in two deaths. Arizona Department of Public Safety officers responded to the accident around 9 a.m. on Interstate 40 near milepost 20, west of Kingman. A semi-truck left the roadway and traveled 1,100 feet into the median before hitting a dirt embankment. The trailer of the truck came to rest on top of the truck's cab. The truck then burst into flames. The driver and a passenger were killed.
GOLDEN VALLEY - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Jimmy Dene Correll, 34, of Golden Valley Tuesday afternoon on a felony probation violation warrant issued by Mohave County Superior Court and a misdemeanor warrant for contempt of court issued by Kingman Justice Court. He was taken into custody and booked into the county jail.
GOLDEN VALLEY - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Lea Lynn Malaro, 35, of Golden Valley early Wednesday morning on a felony warrant for possession of dangerous drugs issued by the Kingman Justice Court. She was taken into custody and booked into the county jail.
DOLAN SPRINGS - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Michael Wayne Warnock, 57, of Dolan Springs Monday morning on a felony failure to appear warrant issued by the Mohave County Superior Court. Deputies responded to a residence in the 14800 block of East Eureka Drive to contact Warnock on a different matter. A records check showed that Warnock had a warrant. He was taken into custody and booked into the county jail.
KINGMAN - Kingman Police officers arrested Paul Panagopoulos, 28, of Kingman Tuesday morning on suspicion of felony motor vehicle theft, weapons misconduct and possession of drug paraphernalia. On July 23, a Ford Mustang was reported stolen from a residence in the 600 block of Cerbat Avenue. On Tuesday, officers stopped the vehicle in the 3000 block of East Andy Devine Avenue. Panagopoulos was allegedly driving the vehicle and was allegedly found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. A weapon was also allegedly found inside the vehicle. He was taken into custody and booked into the county jail.
