KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Tempest Gaye Tomlinson, 45, of Kingman Wednesday afternoon for a felony failure to appear warrant issued out of Mohave County Superior Court. She was taken into custody and booked into the county jail.

KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested David Todd Lambert, 43, of Kingman Thursday morning for felony criminal trespassing. At 4:43 a.m., deputies responded to a call of a prowler in the 1600 block of Devlin Avenue. Deputies were advised that the suspect had left the area and was walking down Devlin Avenue dressed in black with blonde hair.

Deputies located a male matching the description staggering down Van Nuys Street and John L Avenue a short time later. They identified the male, who smelled of alcohol, as Lambert. Deputies transported Lambert back to the home of the caller, who identified Lambert as the man who entered his home. The caller told deputies that he did not know Lambert and was woken up when Lambert fell at the foot of his bed. He escorted Lambert out of his house before calling the Sheriff's Office. Lambert was taken into custody and booked into the county jail.

KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested James Darryl Fore, 47, of Golden Valley Tuesday for felony possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor open container of alcohol and an outstanding warrant. Around 11 a.m., deputies were investigating an incident of a red pickup truck that damaged a fence. A vehicle matching the description was stopped in the 3300 block of Hope Road and the driver, Fore, was contacted.

While speaking with Fore, deputies noticed a smell of alcohol. A record check showed Fore had a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear issued by the Kingman Justice Court. A search of his vehicle revealed a plastic bag containing marijuana, a metal pipe and an open can of beer. According to the Mohave County Sheriff's Office, Fore admitted to smoking marijuana a few minutes prior to being pulled over. He was transported to Kingman Regional Medical Center for a blood test. He was transported and booked into the county jail.

KINGMAN - Kingman Fire Department responded to a two-vehicle accident around 10:10 a.m. June 6 in the 1400 block of Main. A 35-year-old man riding a moped collided with another vehicle. The moped driver was transported to Kingman Regional Medical Center for facial injuries.
