KINGMAN - At approximately 12:53 a.m. on Saturday Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Ashley Danielle Heckathorn, 23, of Kingman, for possession of dangerous drugs, possession of marijuana, possession of narcotic drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and taking prohibited articles into jail, all felonies. She was also arrested for a misdemeanor warrant for failure to pay fines issued by Kingman Municipal Court.
Deputies stopped a vehicle, in which Heckathorn was a passenger, in the 4300 block of Stockton Hill Road, south of Northern Avenue. Deputies smelled an odor of marijuana coming from Heckathorn. Heckathorn told deputies she had marijuana on her. A search revealed a pipe with residue, numerous plastic bags containing a crystal substance, marijuana, and many white tablets, which were identified as a prescription narcotic. Heckathorn was transported to the jail, where deputies found another plastic bag containing a crystal substance. The substance was identified as methamphetamine.
PINON PINE - Pinon Pine Fire Department responded to a motor home and car fire on Roundup at 12:30 a.m. on Saturday. Two engines responded to the fire. The motor home and car were a complete loss. The amount of damage is unknown.
MEADVIEW - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Scott Dean Anderson Jr., 27, of Meadview on Sunday for criminal damage, a felony, along with the following misdemeanor charges: disorderly conduct, two counts of assault and a probation violation warrant issued by Kingman Justice Court. Deputies responded the evening of Thursday to an assault call at a business located in the 200 block of Meadview Boulevard.
A male victim and two female victims told deputies that Anderson became upset after losing a game of pool. The male victim told deputies Anderson had punched him and knocked him to the ground. Anderson also allegedly pushed one of the female victims to the ground. The last victim, an employee of the business, told deputies that Anderson threw pool balls and broke windows. Anderson left the scene before deputies arrived and was not at his residence. He contacted deputies the evening of Sunday and turned himself in.
KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Roman Osorio Gonzalez, 28, of Kingman on Monday for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a felony. At around 1:50 a.m. deputies found a car stopped in the eastbound lanes of Neal Avenue. Two males were inside the car, deputies observed blood on one of the subjects. The victim had a laceration to his finger and told deputies that he had gotten cut while attempting to prevent Gonzalez from stabling him in the stomach. The victim indicated that the alleged suspect may be in a nearby home. Gonzalez was taken into custody. The victim was treated and released from Kingman Regional Medical Center.
KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Eric James Maxwell, 31, of Kingman at around 4:30 p.m. on Monday for a felony warrant out of Kingman Justice Court. The warrant was for unlawful use of means of transportation, criminal damage, unlawful flight from law enforcement and a probation violation misdemeanor.
