St. Mary's Catholic Church

This weekend, May 24 - 25th, St. Mary's will celebrate Pentecost. The Mass schedule is as follows:

Saturday, May 24th: 4:00 PM Vigil Mass - Dolan Springs; 6:00 PM Vigil Mass - Kingman

Sunday, May 25th: 8:00 AM Mass - Kingman; 10:30 AM Mass - Kingman

You can help keep the grounds of St. Mary Church looking great! Everyone is invited to bring a shovel, gloves and hat and meet at 8:30 AM in the area in front of the Old Church on Spring Street on Saturday, May 24th, to help spread new gravel on our grounds. With a good turnout, the task should take about an hour. Join us in keeping our Church grounds beautiful!

A "Baby Shower" to benefit the Advice and Aid Pregnancy Center will be held on Saturday, May 24th, at 1 PM at the Parish Center. Everyone is invited! Donations of items for infant wear and care are appreciated and will be donated to the Pregnancy Center. This event is sponsored by the Belles of St. Mary's.

Mass will be celebrated at 8 AM on Monday, May 26th, Memorial Day. St. Mary Parish Center will be closed on that date. Regular office hours will resume on Tuesday (5-27).

Everyone is invited to attend the ongoing series of free Adult Education Classes that are being held at 7 PM on Wednesday evenings at St. Mary Church. The series is based on the "Catechism of the Catholic Church," and is a series of DVD presentations on various topics covered in the Catechism. Each weekly topic stands on its own, so you might choose to attend all, or just some, of the offered presentations. The topic for Wednesday, May 28th: "Christian Prayer - Part I"

As our Blessed Mother brings us to her Son, Jesus, it is our task also to bring others to the Lord. Is there someone you can invite to explore the Roman Catholic faith - someone unbaptized, or baptized in a non-Catholic Christian tradition? The Diocese of Phoenix is undertaking a comprehensive restructuring process so that its civil organizational structure matches the canonical organizational structure that is already in place.
