KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Heather Lynn Whittle, 26, of Kingman on Thursday evening for possession of drug paraphernalia and two outstanding misdemeanor warrants. At 9 p.m., deputies contacted Whittle at a residence in the 3600 block of John L Avenue regarding two misdemeanor warrants issued by Kingman Municipal Court. Whittle was taken into custody without incident. A search allegedly revealed Whittle to be in possession of a glass pipe. Whittle wasbooked into the Mohave County Jail.

KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies responded to a report of criminal damage at the Mohave County Jail Monday. At 6:55 p.m., a detention officer reported that a sprinkler head had been broken off in a cell. The detention officer said the only inmate in the cell was Brendan Robert Talley, 18, of Mohave Valley. Talley said he barely touched the sprinkler head when water started pouring out. He was charged with destruction to jail facility. He was incarcerated on Nov. 14 for possession of marijuana.
