KINGMAN - A 67-year-old man was killed Saturday morning on Interstate 40 just west of the Stockton Hill Road interchange.

According to the Department of Public Safety, Vimal Talwar was traveling eastbound in a 2002 Buick shortly before 11 a.m. when a Federal Express semi entered his lane.
