KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested David Palmer Kelly, 48, of Kingman Tuesday morning on suspicion of felony possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and a warrant. At 1:15 a.m., deputies responded to a suspicious call in the area of Ames Avenue and Bank Street. Upon arrival, deputies contacted a male subject riding a bicycle in the 2900 block of Ames Avenue. As deputies approached, they noticed the man drop something to the ground. Deputies found a prescription bottle containing a white crystal substance that tested positive for methamphetamine. A records check showed Kelly to have a contempt of court misdemeanor warrant issued by Kingman Municipal Court. He was taken into custody and booked into the county jail.
GOLDEN VALLEY - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Todd Alan Fragassi, 41, and Phillip John Rebai III, 26, both of Golden Valley Sunday evening. Fragassi was arrested on suspicion of felony burglary, possession of burglary tools and possession of drug paraphernalia. Rebai was arrested on suspicion of felony burglary, possession of burglary tools and possession of dangerous drugs. At 8:45 p.m., deputies responded to a burglary at a business yard located on Aztec Road near Newgard Drive. A security guard reported that the gate to the property was open and an unauthorized truck with a trailer was inside the property. Deputies found a male subject, Fragassi, hiding under a conveyor belt. He was taken into custody. He told deputies that the truck belonged to him. K-9 Ganto was deployed on the property to search for a possible second suspect. Ganto alerted his handler in the area of the conveyor belt. Deputies then located Rebai hiding between the belts of the conveyor belt. Deputies also found a plastic bag containing a white crystal substance near Rebai. He was taken into custody. The white substance field-tested positive for methamphetamine. A search of the vehicle revealed a glass pipe with residue and a variety of burglary tools. The two men were transported to and booked into the county jail.
KINGMAN - Kingman Police officers arrested David Lee Taylor, 22 of Kingman Tuesday on suspicion of felony weapons misconduct and misdemeanor charges of criminal damage and disorderly conduct. At 12:30 a.m., officers responded to a disturbance involving a weapon in the 2300 block of Airway Avenue. It was learned that Taylor and another subject had gotten into a fight, during which time Taylor allegedly broke a TV. It was also determined that Taylor did not use a gun but did have one on his person. It was discovered that Taylor was a prohibited possessor of a firearm. He was booked into the county jail.
