Steve and Jo-Della were married Oct. 7, 1972. They later moved to Kingman in 1978. Steve worked for the Kingman Unified School District. He enjoyed bowling, restoring vintage cars and trucks, and especially his children and grandchildren. And he will always be remembered for his love of Tweety Bird.
Jo-Della worked many years for General Cable and later Adobe Homes. She also enjoyed bowling, designing and creating beaded jewelry, and baking for her beloved children and grandchildren.
Steve is survived by his parents, Robert and Florence Woods of Lima, and Caroline (Woods) Butcher and John Butcher of Kingman. Jo-Della is survived by her sister, Carol Straub of Indiana. They are both survived by sons, David and Stacy Woods of Goodyear, and Chad and Cathy Woods, and Steve and Michele Woods, all of Kingman; and grandchildren, Joshua Woods, Mercedes Woods, Megan Woods, Ashley Judd, Alyssa Judd, Braden Judd, Levi Woods, Gracie Woods, Madison Sanchez, Reece Woods and McKenna Woods. Though Jo-Della and Steve were dedicated to their family, friends and their dogs, life-long companions, Milo, Lady, Kara and Hershey, they left this world the way they wanted - together. We will always remember them as one!
