KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies responded to an accident involving a dirt bike Saturday afternoon. Deputies responded to a wash near Thompson Avenue and Powell Avenue around 12:33 p.m. The reporting party said that she observed a man crash on a dirt bike. Deputies observed a male subject, later identified as Michael Smart, 37, of Kingman lying approximately 50 feet from his motorcycle. Smart was wearing a helmet and he was conscious. River Medical responded and transported Smart to Kingman Regional Medical Center and he was later airlifted to a medical facility in Las Vegas.
KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies responded to a report at the Mohave County Jail Friday evening due to an inmate causing damage. Deputies responded just before 11 p.m. and were advised that inmate Robert Burns Arnold III, 29, of Golden Valley damaged a fire sprinkler inside a holding cell. Deputies contacted Arnold. During conversations with him, he said he was messing with the sprinkler and it broke. Arnold was charged with jail destruction/injury to jail, a felony.
KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Raymond Harvey Phillips, 23, of Kingman early Monday afternoon on a parole violation felony warrant issued out of Arizona Department of Corrections. Deputies contacted Phillips at a residence in the 1400 block of John L Avenue around 12:20 p.m. regarding his outstanding warrant. He was taken into custody without incident and transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Ned Martin Imboden, 42, of Kingman Monday evening for possession of marijuana, a felony, and a probation violation misdemeanor warrant issued by Kingman Municipal Court. Deputies contacted Imboden during a traffic stop in the 3600 block of Shaeffer Avenue around 10:25 p.m. A records check showed Imboden to have an outstanding warrant. He was taken into custody without incident. A search of Imboden revealed a plastic bag containing marijuana. He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
