KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Elizabeth Jeanne Wilcox, 35, of Kingman Friday evening on a failure to appear felony warrant issued by Mohave County Superior Court and driving with a suspended license, a misdemeanor. Deputies conducted a traffic stop around 8:05 p.m. in the 2800 block of Devlin Avenue and contacted Wilcox, the driver. A records check showed Wilcox to have a suspended driver's license and an outstanding warrant. She was arrested without incident, transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies responded to an injury accident on N. Bank Street at Thomas Avenue late Sunday morning around 11:41 a.m., which was determined to be a hit-and-run crash. The victim, a 24-year-old female, was traveling in her vehicle when a grey SUV failed to stop at the intersection and hit her red Ford Focus. Northern Arizona Consolidated Fire Department responded and treated the victim. Investigations led deputies to a residence in the 2400 block of Devlin Avenue, where the suspected vehicle was parked behind the residence. Deputies contacted a male subject inside the residence identified as Gary Alan Bagley, 58, of Kingman. During conversations with Bagley, he said that he left the scene because he has no insurance or registration. Bagley was arrested for leaving the scene of an accident with injury, a felony. He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
