On Friday, Nov. 27, 2009, Nicole Lynn Nash and Matthew Alan Borgard were married at Z Mansion in Tucson with Judge Maria Felix officiating. Nicole is the daughter of Cindy Nash of Buckeye and the late Bud Nash. Matthew is the son of Mark and Liz Borgard of Kingman.

Nicole attended Millenium High School in Goodyear, class of 2005, then college at University of Arizona, studying Chemical Engineering. She will graduate in May. She is a member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers and is secretary of the U of A chapter of OXE, a chemical engineering honor society.

Matthew graduated from Kingman High School in 2005. He graduated cum laude from the University of Arizona in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. He is employed by IBM, working in testing and development of mainframe software.

The bride was given in marriage by her mother, Cindy Nash. Her maid of honor was her sister, Stephanie Nash, and the bridesmaids were her sister, Jennifer Nash, and Heather Borgard, the sister of the groom. The best man was Sean Whitson, and the groomsmen were JJ Novacek and Levi Espinoza. The flower girls were Morgan Nash, Melody McFadden and Lilyan Nash. The ring bearers were Ethan McFadden, Nolan Nash and Trevor Nash.

The reception was held at the Z Mansion, an original Victorian-style mansion in downtown Tucson.

The bride and groom are planning a trip to Disneyland during Winter Break, and then a Mexican cruise after Nicole finishes school. They will continue to live in Tucson.
