KINGMAN - The Kingman Regional Medical Center Cardiovascular Center will host an open house to celebrate National Heart Month and the success of the state-of-the-art facility on Thursday.
The public is welcome.
The 12,400-square-foot center has two digital cardiac catheterization rooms with dedicated pre- and post-procedure areas with space for a third room to accommodate future expansion.
Visitors will be able to tour the facility, enjoy some light refreshments and receive educational materials about heart health.
The original catheterization lab at KRMC was opened in 1994, with an expansion in 2000. The new Cardiovascular Center opened its doors to its first patients on Nov. 13, 2007.
