Kingsmen Treasurer Gordon Sanchez, Vice President Cody Swanty and President Bob Rose present a check for the Kingman Cancer Care Unit to KCCU Treasurer Lila Newton on the left, Vice President Lisa Mallory, Service Committee Chairwoman Shirley Ryan, Secretary Nancy Rembolt and Service Committee Chairwoman Doris Power. This year the Kingsmen and Kingman Regional Medical Center teamed up to turn the rodeo grounds pink during the Sept. 28 performance of the Andy Devine Days Rodeo. Tough Enough To Wear Pink is a campaign created in 2004 by entrepreneur and breast cancer survivor Terry Wheatly to raise funds and awareness for breast cancer research. Moneys raised from the event this year were split between the Kingman Cancer Care Unit (KCCU) and the KRMC Cancer Center to provide education and support for cancer patients and their families in Kingman.
