Police see rash of vehicle damage

KINGMAN - The Kingman Police Department is seeking the public's help in investigating damage to vehicles in the neighborhoods surrounding the Mohave County Fairgrounds.

Sometime during the night Monday and Tuesday, an unknown person or people shot out the windows of at least 20 vehicles in the neighborhood.

KPD believes a pellet or BB gun may have been used.

The Mohave County Sheriff's Office has also received similar reports of criminal damage on Gordon and Northern avenues and Bond Street.

It is believed that the reports from KPD and MCSO are connected.

Damage to this degree is considered a felony, Sgt. Rusty Cooper of the KPD stated in a news release.

The department is offering a reward for any information leading to the arrest and apprehension of those responsible for the damage.
