Friday Afternoon Bridge Club:

Kingman B.P.O.E. Lodge No. 468:

Bingo: Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. Highest payouts in town. Last game $500 payout guaranteed. Food available on new, revised menu. Prices reduced and weekly special at half price. Kingman Rebekah's Lodge No. 12:

Noble Grand Vergie Littau presided over the regular meeting held on Jan. 19 with 12 members present. Under business for the lodge, it was voted to purchase solar lights for the building. The Audit Committee made recommendations to the officers but found the books to be in order. Billy Hazel was installed as chaplain by Linda Thompson with Cherie Hart serving as marshall. Vergie presented Certificates of Membership to new members LuAnn Black and Karen Sanders. Vergie also received her Certificate of Perfection. Vice Grand Leta Davis will be having craft sessions on Tuesdays at 6 p.m. at the lodge. These will begin this Tuesday and will be for the benefit of future sales and community activities. During a previous meeting, Past Noble Grand Dorothy Bright was presented with a Past District Deputy Jewel belonging to Dulcie Wright. The presentation was made by Carol Clupper, Dulcie's daughter. A proclamation was read from Sovereign Grand Master Richard Proulx proclaiming January as Thomas Wildey Month. Born Jan. 15, 1782, Wildey brought Odd Fellowship from England in 1812, leading to organizations and members numbering more than 200,000 by the time of his death in 1861. Eight members attended and participated in the installation of officers at the Tri Star Rebekah Lodge No. 42 in Mohave Valley on Jan. 12. Linda Thompson, along with her marshall, presided over the installation. A reception for the new officers was held after. Kingman members will be attending the Joint Installation of Officers of Arizona Charity No. 1 and Phoenix Odd Fellow Lodge No. 2 on Saturday. There will be a hamburger fry at 5 p.m. followed by the formal ceremony of installation. Arizona Assembly President Cherie Hart will make her official visit to the Tri Star Rebekah Lodge No. 42 on Monday. There will be a dinner at 6 p.m. followed by a regular meeting and program to honor Hart. The next regular meeting will be at 7 p.m. on Feb. 2.

Korean War Veterans Association of Mohave County:

Korean War Veterans Association of Mohave County will be hosting a fundraising dinner at VFW Post 10386, 3036 John L Ave., on Saturday, Jan. 31, from 5 to 7 p.m. They will be serving a New England boiled dinner with ham and all the trimmings. Mohave Artists and Craftsmens Guild:

The meeting of the Mohave Artists and Craftsmens Guild will be on the second Tuesday of the month. The meet-and-greet is from 6 to 6:30 p.m., the meeting is from 6:30 to roughly 8 p.m. at the Mohave Museum of History and Arts, 400 West Beale St. David Jenkins will be demonstrating digital art and the "Art of Factuals" at the February meeting.

VFW Post 10386:

The James L Standfield VFW Post 10386 Men's Auxiliary dinner on Saturday will be meatloaf with all the trimmings served at 5 p.m. Sunday: District meeting at 1 p.m. Monday: Open Darts. Tuesday: Men's Auxiliary meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday: Tacos and More served from noon to 4 p.m.; Open Darts. Friday: Open Pool.
