KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Kevin Darnell Higdon, 46, of Kingman on Jan. 15. Higdon was arrested on a child support nonpayment felony warrant issued by Maricopa Superior Court with a $30 thousand bond. Deputies received a tip about a wanted felon at a residence in the 3100 block of Northfield Avenue. At 5:50 p.m., deputies contacted Higdon regarding his outstanding warrant. He was taken into custody without incident.

KINGMAN - Kingman Police arrested Mark Michael Mclennan, 18 of Kingman Monday on suspicion of felony possession of marijuana and misconduct involving weapons. At 12:40 a.m., Mclennan was stopped in the 1900 block of East Andy Devine Avenue and was taken into custody on a shoplifting warrant. He was found to be in possession of marijuana and an AK47-type weapon. He was booked into the Mohave County Jail.

KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies responded to a vandalism report at the Mohave County Jail last Saturday. At 6:30 a.m., a detention officer reported that inmate Juan Manuel Corral, 25, of Bullhead City broke a fire sprinkler inside a holding cell. During conversations with Corral, he allegedly said he was straightening the sprinkler head and it broke. He was charged with jail-destruction/injury to jail, a felony.

KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Tiffany Marie McMillon, 18, of Golden Valley Monday morning on an outstanding warrant. At 1:05 a.m., deputies contacted McMillon during a traffic stop in the 2400 block of Suffock Avenue. A records check showed McMillon to have a felony warrant for probation violation issued by Mohave County Superior Court. McMillon was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Mohave County Jail.

KINGMAN - Kingman Police officers arrested Michael Patrick Cadena, 35 of Fullerton, Calif., Tuesday on suspicion of felony theft of motor vehicle. At 5:40 p.m., officers responded to a vehicle theft in progress at a motel in the 3000 block of East Andy Devine Avenue. The victim, from Colorado Springs, Colo., reported his vehicle was stolen while he was registering into the motel. He told officers he saw a male subject enter his car and drive off. The keys to the vehicle were left in the center console. The suspect abandoned the vehicle at a nearby hotel and fled on foot. Officers located the suspect, identified as Cadena, and took him into custody. Cadena told officers his car had broken down and he was attempting to return to California. He allegedly admitted to the theft and was booked into the Mohave County Jail.
