This weekend, July 4-5th, St. Mary Roman Catholic Church will celebrate the Fourteenth Sunday in Ordinary Time. The weekend Mass schedule is as follows:

4:00 p.m. Vigil Mass - Dolan Springs
6:00 p.m. Vigil Mass - Kingman
Sunday, July 5th:
8:00 a.m. Mass - Kingman
10:30 a.m. Mass - Kingman
5:00 p.m. Misa en español - Kingman
First Friday will be observed on February 3, 2009, at St. Mary Church. Anointing of the Sick will be held during Mass. Practicing Roman Catholics who are 65 years of age or older, or who are seriously ill are invited to be anointed.
Donations of canned and nonperishable food items will be collected this weekend, July 4-5th, at all Masses. The food will be distributed to those in need by the St. Vincent de Paul Society.
On Monday, July 6th, daily Mass will be held at 8 a.m. at St. Mary Church.
The Parish Center will be closed on July 6th in observance of the Independence Day holiday. There will be no meetings at the Parish Center that day. Regular office hours will resume on Tuesday (7-7).
The Youth Ministry will not meet until this Fall. Watch the Bulletin or this web article for registration for Youth Ministry activities and Elementary Religious Education classes the end of August. If you are interested in helping to plan our Youth Program for the coming term please contact the office. Your ideas will help make this coming year an exciting one for our young people.
Vacation Bible School will be held from July 27th to July 31st, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., at St. Mary Parish Center. We are beginning to prepare for VBS this week - getting materials ready, sorting items to be used for crafts, etc. Parishioners are encouraged to volunteer materials, time or funds to support this week of Biblical fun! For information on registration or to volunteer, call Grace McNair at 753-3359. Information is also posted on the bulletin board in the vestibule of the Church.
Just a reminder: The Monday night Adult Bible Study will be taking a summer break. Watch the Sunday Bulletin or this website posting for the date the group will begin meeting after the summer vacation.
The Knights of Columbus will hold a Blood Drive on Saturday, July 18th, from 12 Noon to 5:00 p.m. at the Parish Center, located at the southwest corner of 3rd and Spring Streets (white building). Please use the side entrance on the Spring Street parking lot next to the Parish Center.
Need a great summer activity? Bring the family to worship Our Lord at our beautiful Adoration Chapel located within Historic Old St. Mary Church! What a great way to pray together - giving thanks for the gift of each other, for our blessings and for patience with difficulties.
