KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Jessica Rose Berry, 19, of Santa Rosa, Calif., Wednesday on suspicion of felony possession of marijuana and four counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. At 12:20 a.m., deputies conduct a traffic stop in the 3600 block of John L Avenue and contacted Berry, the driver. While speaking with Berry, deputies smelled an odor of marijuana coming from inside the vehicle. Deputies got consent to search the vehicle and located a plastic bag containing marijuana and a ceramic pipe with residue as well as a plastic bag with marijuana residue that was located in a tin container. Berry was taken into custody without incident. Berry's stepmother responded to the scene and took custody of Berry's 14-month-old daughter. Berry was booked into the Mohave County Jail.
