KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Angela Sue Jefferson, 46, of Kingman on Tuesday on suspicion of felony possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor DUI, DUI with a blood alcohol concentration of .08 or more and extreme DUI. At 12:30 a.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 4300 block of Stockton Hill Road. Deputies smelled an odor of alcohol on Jefferson. Jefferson admitted to drinking. Following field sobriety tests, she was taken into custody and transported to the Mohave County Jail where an analysis revealed her BAC to be .186. Jefferson was also found to be in possession of a metal pipe containing marijuana residue. She was booked into the jail without incident. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Michael Edmund O'Toole, 19, of Kingman Wednesday morning. O'Toole was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of drug paraphernalia along with misdemeanor minor consumption and a failure to pay fines warrant issued by Kingman Municipal Court. At 2:38 a.m., deputies responded to a fight in the 3100 block of Devlin Avenue. Upon arrival, deputies observed several people standing in front of the residence. Deputies contacted the homeowner. The homeowner said that some individuals were fighting and they left after they learned that the Sheriff's Office was called. Deputies continued contacting each person. During the investigation, deputies learned that two subjects identified as O'Toole and another man to have outstanding misdemeanor warrants. O'Toole and the other man were taken into custody. A search of O'Toole revealed a ceramic pipe with residue. Deputies smelled an odor of alcohol on both men. During conversations with both men, they admitted to drinking. O'Toole and the other man were transported to Mohave County Jail where an analysis revealed O'Toole's blood alcohol concentration to be .154 and the other man's BAC to be .065. They were booked into the jail without incident.
KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Derek Linden Owens, 24, of Kingman Wednesday morning on suspicion of felony possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor suspended driver's license. At 1:10 a.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 3100 block of Northfield Avenue and contacted Owens, the driver. A records check showed Owens to have a suspended driver's license. Owens was taken into custody without incident. A search of the vehicle revealed a glass pipe with burnt residue. Owens was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
KINGMAN - At 8:35 a.m. Wednesday, Desira Dawn Williams, 25, of Bullhead City turned herself into the Mohave County Sheriff's Office in Kingman. A records check showed Williams to have a felony probation violation warrant issued by Mohave County Superior Court. Williams was taken into custody and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
KINGMAN - Kingman Police Department officers arrested Phillip Ray Perry, 34, Patrick James Henley, 40, and Helen Katrina Cabarloc, 44, all of Kingman Wednesday on suspicion of felony possession of dangerous drugs, possession of dangerous drugs for sale, possession of marijuana, production of marijuana and prohibited possessor. At 3:45 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Fairfax and Sycamore avenues. Drugs were located in the vehicle, and later a search warrant was conducted in the 500 block of Simon Avenue. More drug paraphernalia, marijuana and marijuana plants were located in the home. Henley was also charged with being a prohibited possessor for having a firearm.
KINGMAN - Kingman Police officers arrested Raymon Anthony Flores, 20, of Kingman Thursday on suspicion of felony aggravated assault, domestic violence assault and disorderly conduct. At 4:15 a.m., officers responded to the 2500 block of Chambers in reference to a disturbance and were advised that Flores was upset with his girlfriend. He allegedly became enraged and attacked his girlfriend and others when they attempted to stop him. The altercation continued to the front yard, where witnesses advised that another person was seriously injured and transported to the hospital. Flores later responded to the hospital, was taken into custody and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
