KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Emiliano Roberto Lovato, 36, of Kingman Friday evening on a felony probation violation warrant for aggravated DUI issued by Mohave County Superior Court. At 10:33 p.m., deputies made contact with Lovato in the area of Northern Avenue and Bond Street. A records check showed him to have an outstanding warrant. He was taken into custody and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
GOLDEN VALLEY - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Mel Patrick Herrera, 38, of Albuquerque, N.M., Monday evening on suspicion of felony possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Deputies observed a vehicle traveling approximately 75 mph in a 55 mph posted zone on Highway 68. At 7 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop at Magma Drive and contacted Herrera, the driver. Deputies immediately smelled a strong odor of burnt marijuana coming from inside the vehicle. He was taken into custody without incident. A search of the vehicle revealed six burnt marijuana cigarettes, a silver storage device containing marijuana residue land a make-shift pipe with residue. Herrera was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Harlan Walter Longe, 61, of Kingman Tuesday evening on suspicion of felony sex abuse. At 7:10 p.m., deputies responded to the Kingman Police Department at 2730 E. Andy Devine Ave. and contacted a 23-year-old male. The man reported that Longe inappropriately touched him at a residence in the 2000 block of Butler Avenue. Deputies responded to the residence and contacted Longe. Longe allegedly admitted to inappropriately touching the man. Longe was taken into custody and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
