KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's detectives arrested Darald Wayne Dreier, 36, of Kingman Wednesday afternoon on a felony warrant for failure to appear issued by Mohave County Superior Court and a misdemeanor warrant for failure to pay fines issued by Kingman Municipal Court. At 4 p.m., detectives attempted to make contact with a wanted person identified as Dreier at a residence in the 1000 block of Lynette Drive. Upon arrival, detectives observed Dreier run into the residence and lock himself in a bathroom. A negotiator from the detectives division talked with Dreier and eventually convinced him to come out of the room. Dreier was taken into custody and booked in the Mohave County Jail.

KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Jose Manuel Magdaleno III, 29, of Kingman Thursday morning on suspicion of felony taking identity of another, possession of drug paraphernalia, along with outstanding warrants. At 12:02 a.m., deputies observed a vehicle speeding in the area of Northern Avenue and Lomita Street. Deputies confirmed the vehicle's speed to be 55 mph in a posted 35 mph zone and stopped the vehicle in the 2300 block of Northern Avenue. Deputies contacted the driver and four passengers. Investigations determined that one of the male passengers, Magdaleno, was providing deputies with a false name. A records check showed Magdaleno to have two failure to pay fines misdemeanor warrants issued by Lake Havasu City Justice Court and Kingman Justice Court. He was taken into custody without incident. Deputies located a glass pipe under the rear passenger seat where Magdaleno was sitting. He admitted to hiding the glass pipe under the seat. He was booked in the Mohave County Jail. The driver was cited and released for speeding and failure to produce vehicle insurance.

GOLDEN VALLEY - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Jeremy Kenneth Shorter, 27, of Golden Valley, Wednesday evening on a felony warrant for theft issued by Lake Havasu City Justice Court. At 6 p.m., deputies contacted Shorter at a residence in the 4800 block of Estrella Road. A records check showed Shorter to have an outstanding warrant. He was taken into custody and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
