Hall and Nowicki honored as Student Rotarians

KINGMAN - Tricia Hall, 18, a senior at Kingman High School, was recently selected as a Student Rotarian by the Kingman Rotary Club.

Tricia is the daughter of Laurie Hall.

When asked about being selected, Tricia said she felt very honored.

Tricia is currently National Honor Society president and S-Club vice president. She is a state gymnastics champion, national dance champion, and works at All Starz Academy of Gymnastics and Dance. She has been an elected representative of KYC-BUTT, a member of the Math Club, Leadership/Student Council, Top Chemistry Student and a volunteer at Kingman Regional Medical Center.

Tricia plans to further her education at Northern Arizona University and major in Nursing. She hopes to be a obstetrical nurse or nurse practitioner.

Kevin Nowicki, 17, a senior at Kingman High School, was also recently selected as a Student Rotarian by the Kingman Rotary Club. Kevin is the son of Kevin and Anita Nowicki.

Among his honors, awards and extracurricular activities are: Eagle Scout award for Boy Scouts; started on the Kingman High School varsity football team for two years, and this past year he was awarded 1st Team All-Region for the offensive line.

For his presentation to the members of Rotary, he spoke about his experiences in the past four years, both in and out of high school. Kevin has not selected a college yet but has applied and been accepted to schools such as ASU, NAU and UofA.

He would like to major in physics. He would like to eventually become a physics teacher and a high school football coach.
