KINGMAN - The Mohave County Sheriff's Office, Kingman Elks Lodge and Hualapai Mountain Medical Center are teaming up to help the American Cancer Society Relay For Life of Kingman.

The three organizations will hold a fundraiser from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at Locomotive Park on Beale Street.

As part of the festivities, MCSO will have Deputy Raja Karim and K-9 Ganto provide a demonstration to the crowd at 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. The Elks Lodge will be cooking up hamburgers and hotdogs, and HMMC will have a booth providing information on their new hospital.

MCSO lost Krista Dix, a public safety dispatcher, to cervical cancer earlier this year.
