GOLDEN VALLEY - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Phillip John Rebai II, 27, of Golden Valley Sunday for felony possession of stolen property. Deputies contacted Rebai at a residence in the 500 block of Heber Road around 12:15 p.m. in regards to a stolen motorcycle. Deputies had had prior contacts with Rebai regarding a motorcycle. At that time, he was advised to provide the bill of sale and title on the motorcycle in which he never produced. Rebai was arrested without incident, transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.

KINGMAN - Kingman Police Officers arrested James Robert Payne, 24, of Kingman Sunday for possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving in violation of restrictions. A Kingman patrol officer was in the 2100 block of Fort Beale Road around 8 p.m. when he observed a vehicle traveling at a speed faster than the posted speed limit. The officer attempted to stop the vehicle, which had turned onto Red Ghost Canyon Road in an attempt to avoid the officer. The vehicle finally pulled over and the driver identified himself as Payne. It was advised that Payne was supposed to have a inter-lock device on his vehicle. No device was observed, and when Payne was taken into custody for the violation, he was found to be in possession of a narcotic and drug paraphernalia. Payne was booked into the Mohave County Jail.

KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Elton J Tefft Jr., 37, of Kingman late Monday for felony possession of dangerous drugs and felony possession of drug paraphernalia. Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 3200 block of Thompson Avenue around 11 a.m. and contacted Tefft. A records check showed Tefft to have a suspended driver's license. He was arrested without incident. A search of the vehicle revealed a metal container containing a substance that field-tested positive for methamphetamine. He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
