This weekend,  October 10-11th,  St. Mary Roman Catholic Church will celebrate the Twenty-Eighth Sunday in Ordinary Time. The weekend Mass schedule is as follows:

Saturday, October 10th:

8:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.  Confession (Confesión)

5:00 p.m. Vigil Mass

Sunday, October 11th:

8:00 a.m. Mass

10:30 a.m. Mass

4:00 p.m. Rosary Sunday Celebration - St. Mary Church

5:00 p.m. Misa en español  (Mass in Spanish)

St. Mary Roman Catholic Church in downtown Kingman will be celebrating the traditional "Forty Hours Adoration" - as well as a parish mission - as part of an Eucharistic Renewal Weekend from October 22 - 25th, Thursday through Sunday. A special Vatican Exhibition of Eucharistic Miracles of the World will also be available for viewing. Father James Costigan of the Fathers of Mercy, will be presenting the Adoration and mission talks, in addition to hearing Confessions in English or Spanish. The annual Fall Coat Distribution sponsored by the Optimist Club, the St. Vincent de Paul Society and Andy's Cleaners, has begun! Coats will be given out - free of charge - to those in need - during October at the St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Store, 218 E. Beale, on Monday - Wednesday - Friday, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. For questions, call 753-4399.

This liturgical year, 2009-2010, has been proclaimed the Year of the Priest by Pope Benedict XVI. We urge everyone to join our Holy Father in praying for vocations and for all Priests, Deacons, Religious and seminarians, as they fulfill their mission of spreading the Good News of salvation in Jesus Christ!
