Ken Devault (right) of Devault Electric presents Kingman Unified School District Building Superintendent Oz Enderby with a rebate check for $10,000 at the school board's Oct. 13 meeting. Devault said the rebate was made possible after Kingman High School retrofitted thousands of light fixtures with brighter, more efficient fluorescent bulbs. Devault said his goal is to help the district shave more than $100,000 off its annual energy bill by the end of the year.
