KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Jason Bradford Shaffer, 29, of Kingman Friday for felony theft. Deputies were in a parking lot area on Northern Avenue and Bank Street when they were approached by a man who said his truck had been stolen a few weeks ago and was currently at a convenience store drive-thru window located on Northern Avenue. Deputies responded and observed a red Ford truck pulling a white trailer with two quads and a motorcycle on the trailer.
