The Arizona Constable Association hosted its annual conference in Flagstaff this year. Arizona Attorney General Terry Goddard was the guest speaker who gave a very informative talk regarding law enforcement issues around the state. The conference provided updated training on interpersonal communications, civil law, illegal drugs, officer safety and firearms training. The training was provided at no cost to the taxpayer by the Constables Ethics, Standard and Training Board that oversees the ethical conduct of Arizona constables as well as tracking the mandated training required by the Arizona Peace Office and Training Board. The Arizona Constable Association exists to be the voice of those who dedicate their lives to this prestigious position and are committed to providing professional service to the citizens of the state of Arizona.
