Letter: Will you share the facts, Franks?

Though you project yourself as a "conservative" (one reluctant to accept change) Rep. Trent Franks, I believe we need an "about face America," the term General Ray Davis, former commandant, USMC and affiliate of the Constitutionalist's Networking Center, gave his organization. America needs to return to the principals and procedures set forth in its founding documents that are responsible for its greatness!

On Nov. 22, 1994, 30 Republican governors agreed that "Federal action has exceeded the clear bounds of its jurisdiction under the Constitution and thus violated rights guaranteed the people." The evidence to support the allegation is abundant and clear. It's evidence every voter should be aware of in order to make informed decisions in the jury box and voting booth and includes these facts:

• Our public and private debts can never be paid under current monetary policy! A six-point economic recovery program is needed.

• We the people are official enemies of the federal government.

• The "emergency powers" granted the president essentially set aside the Constitution and, by the government's admission in PL 313 dated April 14, 1952, provide it the power to relinquish our sovereignty to the United Nations. In Senate testimony on May 11, 1955, former American Bar Association President Carl Rix said that due to our UN membership, "Congress is no longer bound by its Constitutional system of delegated power ... Congress may now legislate as an uninhibited body with no shackles of delegated powers under the Constitution. Our entire system of government of delegated powers of Congress has been changed to a system of undelegated power without amendment [of the Constitution] by the people of the United States."

• The 17th Amendment essentially changed our nation from being a republic to a democracy and was fraudulently introduced and ratified.

• The New World Order's definition is "a world that has a supranational authority to regulate world commerce and industry; an international organization that would control the production and consumption of oil; an international currency that would replace the dollar; a world development fund that would make funds available to free and communist nations alike; and an international police force to enforce the edicts of the New World Order;" that is, our world will be a global prison having a financial/industrial cartel as its warden.

The time for a peaceful "About Face America" is growing short. If amnesty is granted to millions of illegal aliens, I suggest that within five years, America will be beyond the point of any peaceful return to lawful government.

The above brings me to this question: Will you sponsor, co-sponsor or at least participate in a series of town hall meetings in your district to present the above and similar facts to your constituents?
