Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Devin Lewis Stuart, 23, of Kingman Friday, Aug. 13, on a felony outstanding warrant. Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of Stockton Hill Road and Jordan Ranch Road around 11:37 p.m. and contacted Stuart, the driver. A records check showed Stuart to have a felony warrant for probation violation issued by Mohave County Superior Court. He was arrested without incident, transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.

Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Ty Michael Paredes, 20, of Kingman Saturday, Aug. 14, for felony possession of drug paraphernalia and a failure to appear misdemeanor warrant issued by Kingman Municipal Court. Deputies contacted Paredes in the 7700 block of W Abrigo Drive around 12:25 a.m. in an unrelated incident. A records check showed Paredes to have an outstanding warrant. He was arrested without incident. A search of Paredes reportedly revealed a pipe with burnt residue. He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.

Mohave County Sheriff's Search and Rescue Units responded the morning of Saturday, Aug. 14, to a report of a missing male subject suffering from early stages of dementia. SAR units were advised that Robert Hull, 80, was last seen approximately 4 p.m. Friday in the 400 block of Beverly Avenue while walking. SAR units from Kingman, Lake Havasu City and Bullhead City were deployed to the area around 8:30 a.m. Saturday. Within two hours, SAR trackers located Hull in someone's yard, approximately 1/2-mile from his residence. Hull was moderately dehydrated. Kingman Fire Department responded and treated Hull, who was reunited with his family. Resources included 21 SAR volunteers, six POSSE volunteers, Kingman Ranger and seven Kingman Police Department officers.

Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Kimberly Sue Goon, 39, of Kingman Monday, Aug. 16, for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, both felonies, and warrant for contempt of court issued by Kingman Justice Court, a misdemeanor. Deputies responded to a report of suspicious circumstances in the 2200 block of Maverick in Golden Valley around 9:30 p.m. Upon arrival, deputies contacted a male subject and Goon. A records check showed that Goon had an outstanding warrant. Her purse was reportedly found to contain drug paraphernalia and marijuana. She was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.

Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Ciria E. Gonzalez, 38, of Kingman Monday, Aug. 16, for felony possession of drug paraphernalia and driving on a suspended driver's license, a misdemeanor. Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 4400 block of N. Benton Street around 10:45 p.m. and contacted Gonzalez, the driver. A records check showed that Gonzalez's driving privileges were suspended. A search of the vehicle reportedly located a scale with residue that field-tested positive for methamphetamine. He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
