Candidate paring begins today

Polls open at 6 a.m. for statewide primary election

KINGMAN - Voters will hit the polls today to determine who makes it to the November general election. Polls will be open from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. To find your polling place, check the Mohave County Elections Department website at www.co.mohave.az.us, click on the "departments" tab, then on "elections" and then on "find your polling place" or call Voter Registration at (928) 753-0767.

You can also find your polling place on the Arizona Secretary of State's website at www.azsos.gov. Your polling place is also printed on the back of the sample ballots that were delivered in the mail last week.

Don't forget to bring ID with you to the polls. A list of acceptable identification is available on the Mohave County Elections Department website.

The Mohave County Elections Department will have a live video feed inside the counting room the night of the primary. The Arizona Secretary of State will also have results by the entire state and by county on its website the night of the election.
