KINGMAN - Kingman Regional Medical Center and the Kathryn Heidenreich Adult Center continue the bi-monthly Senior Health Focus at 10 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 13, with two presentations.
The first is "What We Offer Seniors at KRMC" by Diane Cullen. The second, "Balancing the Good Life: General Nutrition for Seniors," will be presented by Registered Dietician Kathy Nannini. It will include tips on eating out, label reading, portion control and identifying good and bad fats.
In addition to the Senior Health Focus, KRMC will also be conducting a free flu shot clinic from 9 a.m. to noon the same day.
The Senior Health Focus is a bi-monthly program featuring different professionals discussing relevant healthcare topics for seniors. The seminars are free and held at the adult center, 1776 Airway Ave. #A.
