KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested David James Ralph, 27, of Kingman Wednesday for possession of dangerous drugs, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, felonies. Deputies observed a vehicle speeding in a 15 mph posted school zone around 11:20 a.m. in the 4100 block of Bank Street. A K-9 unit responded and conducted a search. The K-9 had a positive alert. Deputies found Ralph, a passenger, to be in possession of multiple bags of marijuana, a pipe with burnt residue and a plastic bag containing a white crystal substance which field tested positive for methamphetamine. Ralph was arrested without incident. He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Arlene Heather Anderson, 51, James D. Blocker, 48, and Crystal Leolan May Lewis, 22, all of Kingman Wednesday. All three subjects were arrested on fugitive from justice felony warrants issued out of Utah. Anderson's warrant was issued out of Millard County Superior Court while Blocker's and Lewis's warrants were issued out of Juab County. Deputies responded to a residence in the 8000 block of E. Country Road around 7:30 p.m. in reference to trespassers living on the property. Upon arrival, deputies contacted Anderson, Blocker and Lewis. A records check showed each of them to have an outstanding warrant. Anderson, Blocker and Lewis were arrested without incident. They were transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail. This case remains under investigation.
