KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Brian Keith Muniz, 32, of Golden Valley Friday for felony trespassing. Deputies responded to residence in the 3300 block of Kayenta Road around 2:36 a.m. in reference to suspicious activity. The reporting party told dispatch that a male subject was trying to get into his house and that he believed the person entered his travel trailer. Upon arrival, deputies observed the travel trailer door to be slightly open. Deputies entered the trailer and observed a male subject sleeping in a sleeping bag. Deputies woke the male subject identified as Muniz and arrested him without incident. He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.

KINGMAN - Kingman Police Officers arrested Edward Michael Ward, 23, of Kingman, Friday for domestic violence endangerment. Kingman Police Officers responded to the 1500 block of Main Street in reference to a domestic disturbance. It was advised that Ward and his girlfriend were having some domestic issues and that when he came to the residence to watch his two children, the girlfriend could smell alcohol on his breath. A verbal fight ensued and Ward retrieved a handgun from the closet, firing one round into the ceiling. The weapon was put away prior to police arrival. Ward admitted to firing the weapon and was booked into the Mohave County Jail.

KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Joshua Daniel Jones, 19, of Kingman Friday morning for felony aggravated assault with serious physical injury per domestic violence. Deputies responded to the Kingman Regional Medical Center around 4:50 a.m. for an assault that occurred earlier near a residence in the 3700 block of Northern Avenue. Deputies contacted the 20-year-old female victim who reported that Jones, her boyfriend, punched her in the face and that she was unconscious for a little while. The victim said a friend drove her to the emergency. Deputies observed the victim's left eye to be severely swollen and black. The doctors said the victim's bones around her eye had been broken. Deputies contacted Jones at 6:50 a.m. in the 3700 block of Northern Avenue, where he was arrested without incident. During conversations with Jones, he denied hitting the victim. He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
